Payments are final and non-refundable, so a refund is not something we guarantee. The journal is free to use for as long as you want, which is meant to give you a proper look at the product before you pay for anything.
That said, if you have just been charged and you do not want the subscription, you can return your most recent payment yourself rather than being stuck with it. This is a courtesy, not an entitlement, and it covers your latest payment only.
Refund your last payment yourself
- Open rizetrade.com/settings/refund-request while signed in.
- Wait for Your last payment to load. The page shows the amount and whether that payment is still eligible.
- If the payment is eligible, click Refund {amount} (the button shows your payment amount).
- In Refund your last payment?, click Confirm refund. Choose Keep my subscription if you want to leave without refunding.
The amount returns to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Confirming cancels your subscription immediately and ends access to Mentor AI. Your journal and all your trade data stay exactly as they are.
What is not covered
- Anything other than your most recent payment. Earlier charges are not refundable.
- Payments beyond the eligibility window. The page will tell you if yours has passed it.
- A payment already refunded. It cannot be refunded twice.
If the page says your payment is not eligible, cancelling is the remaining option — it stops all future charges.
Please do not open a card dispute
If something looks wrong with a charge, email support@rizetrade.com first and include the email on your account. We would much rather sort it out directly. A dispute raised with your bank costs us a fee we do not get back even when the charge was correct, it takes weeks to resolve, and access to paid features is revoked while it runs.
Cancel instead of a refund
If you only want to stop future charges, cancel from Manage, upgrade, or cancel your subscription. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and there is no partial refund for the days left in it.
