These are the same limits as the paid Mentor AI plan. Trading accounts and strategy playbooks are unlimited on the free plan too. The subscription adds Mentor AI, not more imports or storage.
Commissions and options reports
Both Commission & Fee Tracking and Options Expiration Reports are included free. In Settings > Trading you can set default rates for Stocks, Options and Futures. See Commission and fee settings.
Keep asset classes in separate accounts
Put stocks, options and futures in different trading accounts. Mixing them in one account can distort your data, and accounts are unlimited, so there is no reason to combine them.
