Reset all your data when you want a clean slate. It wipes everything you've put into Rize Trade while keeping your account and subscription intact.
Warning: This is permanent. There is no grace period and no backup you can restore from, so export anything you want to keep first.
What gets deleted and what stays
Resetting erases everything you added to Rize Trade: trades, trading accounts, journal entries, trade notes, tags, strategies, playbooks, folders, lessons, watchlist, discipline rules, Mentor AI chats, import history, and uploaded files.
Your login and account, your subscription and billing history, and your preferences (like commissions and timezone) stay as they are. Connected brokers stay connected too, so a future sync can pull your trades back in.
Reset your data
Open the Reset all data page from your profile menu and follow the steps.
- Click your profile menu (bottom-left corner) and open Settings.
- Open Reset all data. The page shows a summary of your data as it loads.
- Type Delete all Data into the confirmation field, exactly as shown.
- Click Delete all my data. The button stays disabled until the phrase matches, and stays disabled while the reset runs.
- In the confirmation dialog, click Delete all data to confirm. Choose Keep my data to back out.
Confirming erases every trade, journal entry, note, tag, and file on your account. Your account and subscription stay as they are, and this cannot be undone.
After you reset
The reset does not sign you out. You stay on the page and see a confirmation that your data has been reset, including a reminder that your account, subscription, and connected brokers are untouched. From there, use the Import trades link to import your trades and start fresh.
