Nothing happens to your trades. Cancelling ends your Mentor AI subscription and returns you to the free plan, which is the entire journal — your history, imports, reports and playbooks all stay exactly as they are.
What you lose
Only the paid features: Mentor AI, inviting a human mentor, priority support, and the raised import, file-size and storage limits. Free allows 30 imports a month and 25 MB per file.
What you keep
Everything else. Your trades, trading accounts, strategy playbooks, tags, notes, reports and charts are all part of the free plan and are untouched.
When you cancel
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep Mentor AI until that date and the subscription does not renew.
Confirm it on Settings > Subscription: look for the Subscription cancelling banner with You'll retain access until and the end date. Steps are in How to confirm you will not be charged after canceling.
Reactivate stops a pending cancellation, so if you change your mind before the period ends you can carry on without a new checkout.
Downgrading
There is no downgrade any more. There is one paid plan, so the only change is between it and free. If you are on a retired Essential or Pro plan you keep it, and its price, until you change plans yourself.
Your rights to uploaded data
Under Rize Trade's terms, you retain all rights to the trading data and content you upload.
Actions that do change your data
Cancelling leaves your history in place. The separate trading-account tools — Transfer Data, Archive Account, Delete Account and Clear Trades — move or remove data on purpose.
