RizeTrade helps Tradovate traders review how quickly trade count, contract size, and decision quality change after the first setback.

01Tradovate

Watch the Pace of the Session

The first trade takes ten minutes to set up.

The second happens five minutes later.

After the first stop-out, the next entry takes two minutes. Then another comes almost immediately.

That change in pace can be more revealing than the individual trades.

When the time between decisions shrinks, the standard for taking them often shrinks too.

02Tradovate

See the Acceleration on the Chart

RizeTrade lets you revisit the session and see each execution in sequence.

The chart shows whether the market kept presenting fresh setups or whether your entries simply became more frequent as frustration increased.

Pair that with trade count, time between trades, and contract size, and the session starts telling a much clearer story.

03Tradovate

Make Trade Count a Behavioral Metric

A high trade count is not automatically bad.

The useful question is what happens to your process as the count rises.

  • Do stops get wider?
  • Does confirmation weaken?
  • Do you add contracts?
  • Do you start re-entering the same idea faster?

RizeTrade helps you find the point where activity stops adding opportunity and starts reducing discipline.

04Tradovate

Build a Personal Pace Limit

Your rule may not need to be “maximum five trades.”

It could be “after two consecutive stops, take a mandatory reset” or “no immediate re-entry without a fresh setup.”

The journal helps you build that rule from your actual behavior instead of an arbitrary number.

05Tradovate

Track Time Between Trades

Trade count tells you how much you traded. Time between trades can show how your state changed.

If the gap between executions consistently shrinks after a loss, that is a strong sign that patience is leaving the process. Pair that with setup quality and contract size and you get a much clearer picture of when the session accelerates.

The journal can help you identify a pace problem before it becomes a large P&L problem.

Ask Trading Mentor AI

Ask:

  • How does my performance change as trade count rises?
  • What happens after my first stop?
  • Do I re-enter faster later in the session?
  • When does contract size start increasing?

Sometimes the best futures rule is not about the setup. It is about the pace.

How it works

Three steps, then the reviewing starts. No spreadsheet, no manual entry.

  1. 1

    Bring your history in

Connect Tradovate or upload a CSV export. Executions are matched into trades automatically — partial fills and multi-leg options included.

  2. 2

    Tag what happened

Setup, emotion, rule followed, stop and target. A few fields per trade is enough to make the review meaningful later.

  3. 3

    Review the patterns

Filter by any variable and compare. The reports show which setups pay, which habits cost, and whether you followed your own plan.

Questions

Do you store my Tradovate password?
No. RizeTrade never stores broker credentials, and never places, modifies or touches an order in your account. The connection is read-only.
How do I get my Tradovate trades in?
Connect the account for automatic sync, or export a CSV and upload it. Either way your existing history comes in on the first import, not just trades from today onward.
Does it handle options and futures?
Yes. Verticals, condors, butterflies and diagonals are grouped as single positions rather than loose legs, and expired contracts close themselves. Futures carry their own multipliers and tick sizes.
What if I have years of history?
Import it all. A longer record makes the reports more useful, because patterns in setups, times of day and rule-breaking only become visible across a large sample.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. There is also a 30-day money-back guarantee, so you can import your history and see your own numbers before committing.

Stop guessing. Review your trading.

Your Tradovate history already contains evidence of what you do well and where your process breaks down. RizeTrade helps you see it.
