If you cancelled and the billing period has not ended yet, use Reactivate on Settings > Subscription. That stops the pending cancellation and you carry on with no new checkout.
There is no longer a downgrade
Rize Trade has one paid plan, Mentor AI. The Essential and Pro tiers are retired, so there is no Pro-to-Essential step to undo. The only change is between the free journal and the Mentor AI subscription.
If you are still on a retired Essential or Pro plan, you keep it and its original price until you change plans yourself.
If the period already ended
Your account is on the free plan, and nothing is lost — the free plan is the full journal. To get Mentor AI back:
- Click your profile icon, then open Settings.
- Open the Subscription tab.
- Choose Upgrade or Change Plan.
- Finish checkout.
Selecting Mentor AI in the sidebar does the same thing.
Reactivate vs subscribing again
Reactivate only works while a cancellation is still pending. Once the period has ended there is nothing to reactivate and you need to subscribe again.
