Export your Orders History from TEFS Evolution as CSV, then upload it in Rize Trade under Add Trades > File upload with broker set to TEFS Evolution and the matching Date Format.

Export from TEFS Evolution
Download Orders History from the TEFS Evolution terminal and save it with the standard export settings.
- Log in to TEFS Evolution.
- Open Terminal > Orders History.
- Right-click the list and choose Export.
- Keep the standard export settings and save the file.
Warning: TEFS Evolution exports are commonly semicolon (;) separated. Keep the file as exported. Do not convert separators or rename headers before upload.
Columns Rize Trade expects
Your file needs a header row with these column names.

TEFS Evolution rows are stored as stock trades. The exception is rows whose Trading exchange is FX, or whose Symb. type says forex, CFD, metal, commodity or index. Those are stored as forex when the symbol is a currency pair (for example EURUSD) and as CFD otherwise (for example XAUUSD).
Upload in Rize Trade
After you have the CSV, import it from Add Trades with TEFS Evolution selected. For the general upload flow, see How to import your trades. TEFS Evolution-specific settings:
- Set broker to TEFS Evolution.
- Set Time zone to match the timestamps in your export. Required.
- Set Date Format to match the dates in your file. The default for TEFS Evolution is DD/MM/YYYY.
- Keep the file as exported. Semicolon and comma separated files both work. Max 50 MB. If your export is larger, see how to break up your import file.
After upload, open Import History (Settings > Import History) to confirm status, trade count, and duplicates.
Tip: If every day in your file is 12 or under, day-first and month-first dates both read cleanly, so Rize Trade shows the first trade under each reading and asks you to choose. If dates look shifted after a successful import, fix Date Format or Time zone and re-upload. See why your entries and exits might be on the wrong dates.
Why your import might be rejected
When something is off, Rize Trade shows a clear message. TEFS Evolution-specific rejections are below. For generic errors (file too large, wrong file type, empty file, missing account or time zone), see Fix any import problem. Missing required columns
Message: Invalid TEFS file: Missing required columns.
Cause: One or more required headers are missing: Date/Time, Symbol, Side, Quantity, or Price.
Fix: Export again from Orders History with standard settings. Keep the original TEFS headers and separators. Do not rename columns in a spreadsheet.
Wrong date format selected
Message: starts with Wrong date format selected. and shows how many rows could not be read and a sample date from your file.
Cause: No row could be read with the day and month order in use, usually because Date Format does not match the dates in your file.
Fix: Open the CSV, note the real date pattern, set Date Format to match, and upload again.
Mixed day-first and month-first dates
Message: The Date/Time column mixes day-first and month-first dates, so the trades cannot be dated safely. Re-export the file and try again.
Cause: Some dates in the file can only be day-first and others can only be month-first.
Fix: Download a fresh export from TEFS Evolution without editing the dates, and upload that file.
No valid trades found in file
Message: No valid trades found in file. Check that the date format matches your file.
Cause: Headers are present, but no rows could be turned into trades. A common reason is a Date Format that does not match the dates in your file.
Fix: Open the CSV, note the real date pattern, set Date Format to match (default is DD/MM/YYYY), and upload again.
Failed to read TEFS file
Message: starts with Failed to parse TEFS file: followed by more detail.
Cause: The file structure could not be read as a TEFS Evolution Orders History export.
Fix: Download a clean export from TEFS Evolution (not a modified spreadsheet workbook), keep original separators and headers, pick TEFS Evolution and the matching Date Format, then upload again.
