Use this matrix to pick the right import method, file type and special steps for each broker before you export. For the full upload path, see How to import your trades. If something fails, open Fix any import problem.
Every file upload needs a Time zone. Accepted file types depend on the broker (CSV, TXT or HTML, as listed below), up to 50 MB and 200,000 rows. Overlapping ranges on the same account are safe. Rize Trade skips executions it already has.
How to read the matrix
Each row is one broker or platform in Rize Trade.
- Auto-sync: Connect once. New trades sync in automatically (shown as Beta when available). Syncs every 2 hours. If the card shows Not available for this broker yet, use File upload.
- File type: What to export and upload. HTML-only brokers reject CSV.
- Asset classes: What that integration supports in Rize Trade.
- Special notes: Required fields, export quirks and limits that block a clean import if you skip them.
Tip: Broker not listed? Use Custom CSV, or choose Other / Not found and request the broker (reviewed in about 12 to 18 hours on weekdays).

HTML-only brokers
These three platforms accept HTML only. A CSV upload shows Wrong File Type.

cTrader accepts both HTML and CSV statements.
Brokers with Auto-sync
Auto-sync is available (Beta) for Interactive Brokers, Tastytrade, NinjaTrader, Tradovate, TradeStation, Webull, MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, and PropReports. When enabled, Rize Trade syncs every 2 hours. For same-day fills, use Sync Now from Settings > Broker connections. See How to import today's trades.
Global limits and required fields
These rules apply to every File upload, regardless of broker.
- 50 MB max per file (client). Split larger history by date range.
- 200,000 rows max per file.
- Time zone is required on every upload.
- Trade Date is required for DAS Trader. The same picker is also shown, as an option, for Lightspeed, Sterling Trader Pro and Warrior Sim exports that have times but no dates.
- File Currency is required for FTMO, MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and Match Trader.
- Date Format appears for Sterling Trader Pro, Warrior Sim, Interactive Brokers, NinjaTrader, Capital.com, Colmex Pro, TEFS Evolution, Quantower, and TradingView. Match the pattern in your file.
- Excel (.xlsx/.xls), PDF, and Numbers files are not accepted. Save as CSV first.

After you import
