Why can't I reset my password or find my account?

Rize Trade has no password to reset, and it never shows a "could not find your account" message. You sign in with Continue with Google or with a sign-in link sent to your email.

If you cannot find your trades after signing in, you most likely used a different email from the one on your account.

How signing in works

  • Continue with Google signs you in with your Google account.
  • Email link: enter your email and click Send magic link. Rize Trade emails you a sign-in link. There is no password to type.

Because there is no password, there is no Reset password form either.

Why you might see an empty account

The email sign-in does not check whether an account already exists. If you enter an email you have never used with Rize Trade, the link signs you in to a new, empty account. It looks like your account is missing, but your trades are still on the account with your original email.

How to find the right email

  1. Sign out.
  2. Sign in again with another email you might have used, or with Continue with Google.
  3. Check your inbox, spam and promotions folders for the sign-in link.
  4. Once you see your trades, that is the email on your account.

For more help signing in, see How to log in with your Google account and How to sign in for the first time.

If none of your emails brings back your trades, contact support@rizetrade.com.
