When an import looks successful but the trade list is empty, the data is usually still processing, already in the account as duplicates, on a different account, or hidden by filters.
Check Import History to see how many trades an import actually created.
Check these in order
- If the Trades page still shows processing, wait until it finishes.
- Open Settings > Import History and confirm Status, Trades and Duplicates.
- On Trades, pick the right account, click Clear all filters, and widen the date range.
- If everything was duplicates, the trades are already in that account.
- If you saw a processing note after an error, refresh and check Trades again.
Causes and fixes
Still processing or queued
The file was accepted, but Rize Trade has not finished turning executions into trades yet.
Fix: wait on the Trades page, or watch Import History until status is no longer Queued or Processing.
Import History shows Success, confirm the counts
Success means the run finished. It does not always mean new trades were added.
Fix: read Trades, how many were added, and Duplicates, how many were already in the account. If Trades is zero and Duplicates is high, the file was already imported.
Filters or the wrong account are hiding trades
Fix:
- Open the Trades page.
- Use the account filter and choose the account you imported into.
- If Clear all filters appears, click it.
- Widen the date range so it covers the dates in your file.
- Clear tag filters if you use them.
All executions were duplicates
Deduping only compares within the same account, so re-importing into the same account skips matching fills on purpose.
Fix: check the Duplicates count. Your trades should already be on Trades for that account.
Processing note after an error
The screen hit an error, but the import may still have finished in the background.
Fix: refresh, then check Trades with filters cleared and look for a Success row.
