When a large import times out or is rejected, export a smaller date range from your broker and upload the pieces one by one into the same account.
Your browser may show a 504 or another gateway error. Rize Trade surfaces that as Server Temporarily Unavailable. Large files can also hit the 50 MB size limit or the 200,000 row limit. The processing window is up to 300 seconds, and very large day files can hit that limit.
Fix: split the export by date range
- In your broker, export a shorter date range. One day or one week is a good start for busy sessions.
- Open Add Trades, pick the same account and broker, and upload the first file.
- Repeat for the next range until the full history is in.
If one day is still too heavy, export an even shorter range.
Overlapping ranges are safe on the same account. Rize Trade skips executions it already has.
