Import History shows what you have already imported and when.
Broker sync
When broker sync is enabled, Rize Trade pulls new trades automatically about every 2 hours.
When you first connect a broker, historical trades can import right away.
File upload
File upload is on demand. Export your trades, then upload the file whenever you are ready to review.
A practical routine
Many traders import after each session so review stays fresh. With broker sync that step is already handled. With file upload, export and upload once your session is done.
That after-session habit pairs well with tagging, playbook checks and notes while the day is still clear.
