Overview

FundedElite is a real operating simulated trading evaluation provider, but it would not be my first-choice prop firm in 2026. The company offers flexible challenges, cheap entry options and profit splits advertised up to 95%, but those benefits come with unusually important trading, IP and payout rules that traders need to understand before paying.

The biggest concern is trust rather than product variety. As of 10 September 2026, Trustpilot has made FundedElite’s overall rating unavailable because of a guidelines breach and states that it removed a number of fake reviews associated with the company’s profile. Recent negative reviews also repeatedly raise disputes involving IP flags and payouts.

Our verdict: FundedElite may suit a disciplined manual trader willing to follow its operational rules extremely closely. Traders who use changing IP addresses, VPNs, VPSs, very short-term scalping, automated strategies or who prioritise predictable payout conditions should look carefully at alternatives before committing significant time or money.

FundedElite's current terms identify the contracting company as Quantum SRL, registered at Via Maira 13, Latina 04100, Italy, with Italian VAT number 03095010595. The same terms state that FundedElite operates entirely through simulated or demo trading environments.

Is FundedElite legit?

FundedElite appears to be an operating trading-evaluation business, but “legit” should not be confused with “low risk.”

FundedElite has an active website, detailed challenge documentation, contractual terms and a named Italian company in its current agreement. Its terms also make clear what the product actually is: traders are buying access to simulated evaluations and simulated funded accounts rather than being handed real investment capital.

FundedElite specifically states that it is not a broker, investment firm, financial adviser or regulated financial-services provider. It says it does not execute customers' simulated trades directly in financial markets or accept investment deposits.

That part is reasonably clear.

The trust question becomes more complicated when FundedElite's reputation and rule enforcement are considered.

Trustpilot currently displays a warning stating that FundedElite's rating is unavailable because of a breach of Trustpilot's guidelines. Trustpilot also says that it has removed fake reviews from the profile. That does not prove FundedElite is a scam, nor does it establish who created each removed review, but it materially reduces the value of the headline review profile as a trust signal.

For that reason, FundedElite should be judged on its actual contract and trading rules rather than a star rating.

What does FundedElite actually offer?

FundedElite sells several routes into a simulated funded account rather than one standard challenge.

The main options include traditional one-step and two-step evaluations, cheaper Lite challenges, Free Retry accounts, Instant Funding, Flash Activation and the newer Catalyst progression model. FundedElite also allows several parameters to vary depending on the challenge, including profit targets, maximum loss, leverage, payout frequency and profit split.

This configurability is one of FundedElite's strongest features, but it also means that statements such as “FundedElite has a 95% profit split” or “FundedElite has an 8% drawdown” are incomplete.

The rules depend on the exact configuration purchased.

FundedElite Lite challenges

The Lite 1-Step Challenge is available in account sizes from $5,000 to $300,000. Its official FAQ lists profit targets of 8%, 10% or 12%, depending on the selected configuration. Traders can choose a profit split of 60%, 70%, 80% or 95%.

The Lite 1-Step page lists: The Lite 2-Step has two evaluation phases. Its second phase has a 5% profit target. The page lists a 4% daily loss limit and an 8% maximum loss. Both phases require at least three qualifying profitable days.

The account size, target, loss limits and qualifying-day requirements should all be checked at checkout because FundedElite allows the configuration to vary.

FundedElite Free Retry challenges

FundedElite's Free Retry model sounds especially attractive because a trader who breaches during an eligible evaluation can receive another attempt.

The trade-off is substantial.

Using the second chance permanently reduces the trader's profit split to 50%. FundedElite also states that drawdown allowances are reduced on the replacement account.

A trader therefore should not value the Free Retry as if it were simply another identical challenge at no cost. It changes the economics of the funded account.

FundedElite Instant Funding

FundedElite Instant accounts skip the evaluation stage. The currently listed sizes are:

The selected profit split can be 70%, 80% or 95%. The first payout, however, uses a 70% split regardless of the higher percentage selected. The chosen split applies from the second payout onward.

The standard payout interval is 21 days. FundedElite sells shorter payout intervals, but its documentation says that the first payout remains requestable only after 21 days.

FundedElite Flash Activation

Flash Activation is FundedElite's low-upfront-cost offer.

A trader can begin the evaluation for around $5, but this is not a $5 funded account.

After passing, the trader must pay an activation fee. FundedElite currently lists standard activation fees of:

  • $159 for $25,000
  • $329 for $50,000
  • $499 for $100,000
  • $989 for $200,000

The evaluation uses a 6% profit target, 3% maximum daily loss and 6% maximum loss. Once funded, the maximum drawdown becomes trailing, at least three profitable trading days are required with a minimum 0.5% positive P&L per qualifying day, and a 30% consistency rule applies. The stated profit split is 80%.

The $5 headline is therefore best understood as pay after passing, not an all-in account price.

The FundedElite rules you need to understand before buying

The most important part of this FundedElite review is not the advertised account size or discount. It is the rulebook.

Several rules can directly affect whether profits are paid.

Rule: IP sharing. What FundedElite requires: Shared IP activity is prohibited. Why it matters: Can trigger account action and profit forfeiture

Rule: VPN/VPS. What FundedElite requires: Permitted if FundedElite is informed beforehand. Why it matters: Unreported use can trigger a soft breach

Rule: Travel. What FundedElite requires: FundedElite asks for prior notification and evidence. Why it matters: Travelling without notifying the company can create an IP-related issue

Rule: Minimum holding time. What FundedElite requires: Normally 3 minutes. Why it matters: Shorter trades can trigger scalping enforcement

Rule: Scalping Add-On. What FundedElite requires: Reduces minimum holding time to 30 seconds. Why it matters: Ultra-short trading is still restricted

Rule: Strategy Risk Limit. What FundedElite requires: Funded-stage exposure to one instrument cannot exceed 50% of the daily loss allowance. Why it matters: Applies to risk, not simply realised losses

Rule: Soft breach. What FundedElite requires: May reduce a payout to a 30% split and reset the payout cycle. Why it matters: A breach does not need to close the account to materially reduce earnings

Rule: Free Retry. What FundedElite requires: Replacement evaluation available on eligible products. Why it matters: Using it permanently reduces the funded split to 50%

FundedElite's IP, VPN and travel rules are especially important

FundedElite states that IP sharing is prohibited and that it monitors IP addresses across account logins, trading platforms and other parts of its ecosystem.

If an IP-sharing violation occurs during the funded stage, FundedElite's policy says the account can be reset, the current payout becomes unavailable and accumulated profits can be forfeited.

VPNs and VPSs are permitted, but FundedElite asks traders to notify support before using them.

The company applies a similar requirement to travel. Traders can continue trading while travelling, but FundedElite asks them to notify the company before departure and retain evidence such as flight or accommodation details.

This matters because several recent Trustpilot complaints specifically concern IP-related flags around the payout stage. Individual reviews are allegations rather than independently established facts, but the recurrence of the same issue is commercially relevant because FundedElite's own documentation confirms that IP monitoring is an active part of its enforcement system.

If you routinely switch between home Wi-Fi, mobile data, office networks, hotels, a VPS and public networks, FundedElite requires more operational discipline than many traders may expect.

FundedElite has a funded-stage strategy risk limit

FundedElite's Strategy Risk Limit is another rule traders can misunderstand.

During the funded stage, a trader cannot risk more than 50% of the account's daily loss limit on a single instrument during the same day.

For example, if the account has a 5% daily loss limit, FundedElite says the maximum permitted risk on one instrument is 2.5%.

Crucially, FundedElite distinguishes risk from realised loss.

If there is no stop loss, FundedElite may calculate risk from the maximum adverse movement experienced while the trade was open. If a stop loss is widened, the most distant stop-loss level may be used. This means a profitable trade can still contribute to a risk-rule violation.

For anyone considering FundedElite, this rule deserves to be modelled against their normal position-sizing method before buying an account.

FundedElite restricts very short-term scalping

FundedElite normally requires trades to remain open for at least three minutes.

The Scalping Add-On reduces that period to 30 seconds. FundedElite says trades closed before the applicable threshold may be treated as prohibited high-frequency activity.

During the funded stage, short-duration trades can lead to a reduced profit split. More serious or repeated violations can result in an account reset and the loss of the current payout.

FundedElite is a poor fit for strategies based on seconds-long trades unless the trader has confirmed that the chosen setup complies with the relevant add-on and all other trading rules.

Automated trading is restricted

FundedElite allows Expert Advisors in limited circumstances, such as risk management, position sizing, confirmation and analytical support.

Its FAQ says EAs must not independently replace the trader's decision-making or operate prohibited automated strategies. FundedElite specifically warns about fully or partially automated approaches such as certain grid, martingale and public scalping systems.

Traders using automation should obtain explicit approval for their exact setup rather than assuming “EAs allowed” means unrestricted algorithmic trading.

Does FundedElite really offer payouts in three days?

FundedElite's “payouts in 3 days” marketing refers to payout processing, not necessarily how quickly a new trader becomes eligible for their first payout.

The homepage promotes payouts within three days and states an average payout processing time of 24 hours. It also currently claims more than $2.3 million has been paid to traders. Those figures are FundedElite's own published claims rather than independently audited payout data.

Eligibility is different.

For several challenge families, FundedElite's FAQ says the first payout is requestable after 21 days, even where a faster 3-day, 7-day or 14-day payout interval has been selected.

That distinction matters:

Payout eligibility date → request submitted → processing time

“Processed within three days” does not mean “you can withdraw three days after receiving the funded account.”

FundedElite currently processes payouts through Rise or cryptocurrency. Its FAQ states that Rise withdrawals have no stated FundedElite withdrawal cap, while direct crypto requests are capped at $500 gross per payout cycle. Fees may also be deducted.

Does FundedElite pay traders?

There is evidence of FundedElite making payouts, but the available evidence does not support saying that every eligible trader is paid without dispute.

FundedElite publishes payout certificates and trader payout claims on its own website. Public reviews also include traders reporting successful withdrawals. At the same time, recent reviews include traders alleging payout delays, reductions or denials connected to IP and rule violations.

That mixed evidence is why calling FundedElite either “definitely a scam” or “completely safe” would be too simplistic.

The more useful conclusion is that payout-rule enforcement is a material risk factor and should be evaluated before committing months of trading effort to the platform.

FundedElite Trustpilot reviews: should you trust the rating?

Do not use FundedElite's historical Trustpilot score as the main reason to buy an account.

On 10 September 2026, Trustpilot shows FundedElite's overall rating as unavailable after a guidelines breach. Trustpilot says it removed fake reviews from the profile.

The profile still contains individual reviews, including positive comments about customer support and negative comments about payouts, risk rules and IP monitoring. Those reviews can help identify issues worth investigating, but they are not independently verified evidence.

For FundedElite, the useful process is:

1. Look for recurring complaints. 2. Check whether FundedElite's own contract or FAQ confirms the relevant rule. 3. Decide whether that rule fits your trading method and risk tolerance.

In the case of IP monitoring, minimum holding times and funded-stage risk limits, FundedElite's own documents do confirm that the rules exist.

FundedElite's company information is not completely consistent

FundedElite's current Terms and Conditions name the company as Quantum SRL in Latina, Italy.

However, FundedElite's own help centre currently uses different versions of the company name.

Its “Where is your company based?” article calls the operator Quantum LTD, while its “Is Funded Elite a broker?” page calls it Quantum Srls.

This does not by itself establish wrongdoing. The contractual terms are the more important document, and those currently state Quantum SRL.

But a financial-adjacent business asking users to complete KYC and accept contractual payout rules should keep its legal entity naming consistent across its own website. The discrepancy is an unnecessary trust weakness.

There is a similar inconsistency around trading platforms. FundedElite's current homepage advertises MetaTrader 5 and Match-Trader, while multiple challenge pages say traders can choose MetaTrader 5 or TradeLocker.

Confirm the actual platform offered during checkout rather than relying on a third-party FundedElite review.

  • Using the retry permanently cuts profit split to 50%
  • Minimum profitable-day requirements can still apply

Who is FundedElite best for?

FundedElite is best suited to manual traders who want several challenge formats and are willing to treat the firm's operational rules as part of the trading plan.

The account is a better fit if you:

FundedElite is less suitable if your strategy depends on:

It is also a weaker choice for traders who want to commit substantial time to one firm while keeping discretionary compliance decisions to a minimum.

Is FundedElite a scam?

There is not enough evidence to accurately label FundedElite a scam. There is, however, enough evidence to justify caution.

FundedElite has an operating platform, named contractual entity, published rules and reports of successful payouts.

The concerns are different: Trustpilot has taken enforcement action against fake reviews on its profile, recent traders have raised recurring payout and IP complaints, and FundedElite operates a relatively detailed set of rules that can materially alter or remove a payout.

That makes FundedElite a higher-diligence prop firm, not an automatic scam verdict.

Are there hidden rules at FundedElite?

FundedElite says there are no hidden rules and that all essential conditions are available through its FAQ.

Technically, many of the important rules are publicly documented.

The practical problem is that they are distributed across different FAQ pages, and some are significant enough that a trader could focus on the challenge's headline profit target and drawdown while overlooking a separate rule covering IP addresses, holding times or funded-stage instrument risk.

Before purchasing, read the specific challenge page plus FundedElite's documentation covering:

  • Strategy Risk Limits
  • IP sharing
  • VPN/VPS usage and travel
  • Minimum holding time
  • Soft breaches
  • Payout eligibility
  • Second Chance conditions
  • Prohibited trading strategies

A screenshot or saved copy of the rules applicable on the purchase date is sensible because prop-firm conditions can change.

FundedElite profit split: is it really 95%?

FundedElite does offer configurations advertising a profit split of up to 95%, but 95% is not the effective payout rate in every situation.

Three exceptions are particularly important.

Instant accounts pay a 70% split on the first payout before switching to the selected percentage. A Free Retry account permanently drops to a 50% split after the second chance is used. A soft breach during the funded stage can result in a payout being processed at a 30% split.

The headline profit split should therefore never be compared between prop firms without comparing the conditions that determine whether the trader actually receives it.

Can you use a VPN or VPS with FundedElite?

Yes, but FundedElite asks traders to notify the company before using a VPN or VPS.

FundedElite says unreported VPN or VPS activity can expose an account to a soft breach. It also monitors IP activity for possible account sharing or third-party account management.

Anyone planning to use a VPS should have the setup acknowledged by FundedElite before trading. Waiting until the payout stage creates avoidable risk.

Final verdict: should you use FundedElite?

FundedElite offers more product choice than many evaluation providers, but the conditions attached to that choice deserve close attention.

The appeal is clear. Traders can choose from several challenge formats, adjust account parameters, access advertised profit splits of up to 95%, use a Free Retry on selected products or start a Flash Activation evaluation for around $5.

The harder question is what happens after the challenge. FundedElite's IP rules, three-minute standard holding period, funded-stage Strategy Risk Limit, soft-breach penalties and reduced Free Retry split all affect the route to a payout. The Trustpilot warning, payout complaints and inconsistent company information add to the uncertainty.

FundedElite is not an automatic avoid for every trader. It is also not a firm I would choose solely because of a discount, a $5 evaluation or a 95% headline split.

If you decide to test it:

1. Use an amount you can afford to treat as a test cost. 2. Read the rules for the exact account before placing a trade. 3. Keep your network and device setup consistent. 4. Notify FundedElite before using a VPN, VPS or travelling. 5. Check how your position sizing interacts with the Strategy Risk Limit. 6. Test the payout process before scaling into larger accounts.

Research checked: 10 September 2026. FundedElite's rules can change, so verify the conditions shown for the selected account before purchasing.
