What happens to my trades and data when I downgrade or cancel?

Canceling or downgrading changes your plan limits. It does not automatically delete your trades. You keep access through the end of a canceled billing period, then free-tier limits apply.

When you cancel

Cancellation is set for the end of your current billing period. You keep your paid access until that date, and the plan does not renew automatically.

You can confirm the same state anytime on Settings > Subscription. Look for the Subscription cancelling banner with You'll retain access until and the end date. Steps to double-check are in How to confirm you will not be charged after canceling.

After the billing period ends

When you no longer have a qualifying paid subscription, your account moves to the free tier. For the full list of free-tier limits, see Free version vs free trial.

When you downgrade to Essential

Downgrading from Pro to Essential keeps your subscription active on Essential. You stay on Essential plan limits, including 3 trading accounts. You do not drop to the free tier.

If you downgraded by mistake and want Pro back, upgrade again from the Subscription tab. Reactivate only stops a pending cancellation; it does not undo a downgrade.

Your rights to uploaded data

Under Rize Trade's terms, you retain all rights to the trading data and content you upload.

Account actions that do change your data

Plan cancel and downgrade leave your history in place. Separate trading-account tools, Transfer Data, Archive Account, Delete Account and Clear Trades, can move or remove data on purpose.
