There is no dedicated undo for a downgrade. If you switched from Pro to Essential by accident, upgrade back to Pro from Settings > Subscription.
What happened
A downgrade moves your subscription from Pro to Essential right away. You may see Plan updated successfully or Switched to Essential plan.
You can reach that change in two places:
- On pricing, while you are on Pro, Essential shows a Downgrade button.
- In the cancel flow on Pro, choosing Switch to Essential also moves you to Essential.
Reactivate does not reverse a downgrade. It only stops a cancellation set for the end of the billing period. After a downgrade your plan is already Essential, so you need to upgrade rather than reactivate.
How to get Pro back
- Click your profile icon, then open Settings.
- Open the Subscription tab.
- In Current Plan, choose Upgrade or Change Plan.
- Select Pro and complete the upgrade.
