Can I get my old data back if I resubscribe?

Yes. If you resubscribe on the same Rize Trade account, cancellation does not wipe your trades. Ending paid access moves you to the free tier; resubscribing restores paid access to the data still on that account.

Data is permanently gone only when you delete it yourself.

What happens when paid access ends

When a paid subscription ends, paid access stops and the account falls back to the free tier. Canceling does not delete your trades.

Under Rize Trade's terms, you retain rights to the data you uploaded.

What resubscribing restores

Resubscribing restores paid access on that same account. Your existing trades remain with the account.

What you can use after you resubscribe follows the plan you choose.

If you canceled but the billing period has not ended

Reactivate is only for a subscription set to cancel at the end of the current billing period, and only before that period ends.

  • Open Settings > Subscription.
  • If you see the cancellation state, choose Reactivate.

After the period has already ended, Reactivate no longer applies. Subscribe or upgrade again instead.

When data cannot come back

If you used Delete Account on a trading account, all trades and data tied to that account are permanently removed. Resubscribing does not restore deleted trading-account data.

Coming back after a break? Resubscribe on the same login you used before.
