After you cancel, open Settings > Subscription and look for the Subscription cancelling banner. That banner means your plan is set to end at the close of the current billing period and will not renew automatically.
Cancellation does not cut off access right away. You keep using Rize Trade until the date shown on the banner.
Confirm the cancel toast
Right after you cancel, a confirmation toast should appear:
Subscription cancelled. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Check the Subscription page
- Click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner.
- Select Settings.
- Open the Subscription tab.
- Look for the Subscription cancelling banner.
On that banner you should see:
- Subscription cancelling
- You'll retain access until followed by the date access ends
- A Reactivate button
If those three pieces are present, your subscription is set to cancel at period end and you will not be charged again for a renewal.
