Can I get a trial extension?

Yes. If you are on a free trial, you can add 7 days free from the cancel flow in Settings.

This option only appears while your subscription is still trialing. A second full trial is not available, see Can I restart my free trial?.

Extend your trial

1. Click your profile icon, then open Settings.
2. Go to the Subscription tab.
3. Click Cancel. The Cancel Subscription modal opens, only when cancellation is not already scheduled.
4. Choose the reason Trial wasn't long enough. This reason only shows when you are on a trial.
5. On Extend Your Trial, review the +7 days free offer.
6. Click Extend My Trial.

When it works you see Trial extended by 7 days!

You must be signed in on the account that owns the trialing subscription.

If you do not see the extension option

The Trial wasn't long enough reason and Extend Your Trial step only appear while your subscription is trialing and cancellation is not already scheduled.
