Why can I only see trades from months ago?

If newer trades exist but Trades or Reports only show old ones, a top-bar filter is usually hiding them.

Check the date filter: it may be narrowing what you can see.Check the date filter: it may be narrowing what you can see.

What this looks like

You import recent trades, but the list still looks stuck on months ago. You may also see No trades found.

That empty state often means the filters are active, not that the import failed.

Why recent trades are hidden

Trades and Reports share top-bar filters. The date range uses a from and to window, so a range that ends in the past hides every newer trade. An account or tag filter can hide them too.

Date range is too narrow

If the range stops before your latest trades, only older ones show.

Fix: open Date range and widen it, or clear the range.

Account filter is set to one account

If you leave a single account selected, trades on other accounts stay hidden.

Fix: open Accounts and choose All accounts, or the account that received the import.

Tag filter is still on

A Tags filter keeps only trades with those tags. Untagged recent trades will not show.

Fix: clear the Tags filter.

Import never landed, or dates shifted

Confirm the file actually imported. A wrong timezone or date format can push trades onto unexpected calendar days.

How to clear filters and bring recent trades back

  1. Open Trades or Reports.
  2. Check Date range. Widen it, or clear it.
  3. Click Clear all filters to reset the top-bar filters at once.
  4. Check Accounts. Switch to All accounts.
  5. Clear any Tags filter still applied.
  6. Confirm the import under Settings > Import History.
