Overview
Axiory is a legitimate regulated broker, but it is not the best choice for traders who prioritise top-tier regulatory protection. Its strongest points are the $10 minimum deposit, MT4, MT5 and cTrader support, multiple account types and leverage of up to 1:2000. The main trade-off is that Axiory operates through entities regulated in Belize and Mauritius rather than under authorities such as the FCA, ASIC or CySEC.
For an eligible trader who specifically wants cTrader or MetaTrader, flexible account structures and relatively low entry requirements, Axiory is worth considering. For someone whose first priority is the strongest possible regulatory framework and statutory investor protection, I would choose a broker operating under a stronger regulatory jurisdiction instead.
Axiory is also unavailable to residents of several major markets. Its current restrictions include the United States, Canada and EU/EEA member countries.

Is Axiory legit and regulated?
Yes. Axiory is a regulated broker, but the level of protection depends on the entity that holds the client's account.
Axiory operates through two disclosed entities:
- Axiory Global Limited is authorised by the Financial Services Commission of Belize. Axiory's current legal documents identify licence number 4496214.
- Tradit Limited is authorised by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius under licence GB21026376.
This distinguishes Axiory from an anonymous or completely unregulated operation. It does not give clients the same regulatory framework they would receive from a broker operating under the UK's Financial Conduct Authority or the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. Axiory states that client deposits are segregated from company operating funds. It also provides negative balance protection on CFD accounts. If a qualifying account falls below zero after market movements, Axiory states that the balance is reset to zero.
Axiory Global Limited is also a Category A member of the Financial Commission, an independent dispute-resolution organisation. Axiory says eligible unresolved disputes can be covered by the Financial Commission's compensation fund up to $20,000.
That is useful additional protection, but it is not the same as a government-backed investor compensation scheme.
Is Axiory a scam?
No. There is not enough evidence to reasonably label Axiory a scam.
The broker has identifiable corporate entities, disclosed licences, published legal documents, client-fund safeguards and public trading and funding conditions. Those facts do not guarantee that every customer will have a good experience. They do mean the more useful question is whether Axiory's regulation, fees and trading conditions match the risk you are willing to accept.
Calling every offshore or internationally regulated broker a scam is inaccurate. Treating every regulatory licence as equally protective is also inaccurate.
Axiory account types, spreads and commissions

These figures come from Axiory's account comparison. The broker publishes EUR/USD spreads in price terms. For example, 0.00003 is approximately 0.3 pips, while 0.00013 is approximately 1.3 pips.
Which Axiory account is best?
The Standard account is the simplest choice for many ordinary forex traders. Nano or Tera may suit traders who prefer tighter quoted spreads and are willing to pay commission.
The Max account is aimed at traders seeking higher leverage. It offers leverage of up to 1:2000 at lower equity levels, but its quoted EUR/USD spread is wider than the spreads on Nano, Standard and Tera. Higher leverage is not automatically a better trading condition. It also increases the speed and size of potential losses.
The Zero account may suit active forex traders. Axiory says selected FX pairs can trade at zero spread for more than 90% of the trading day. Spreads can widen around major news, periods of volatility and other market events. Commissions vary by currency pair rather than following one universal rate.
Zero spread does not mean zero trading cost. Compare the spread and commission together before choosing an account.
How good are Axiory's trading platforms?
Axiory's platform range is one of its strongest features. The broker supports MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 and cTrader.
The platform and account relationships are:
- MT4: Nano, Standard, Max and Zero
- MT5: Tera, Alpha and Zero
- cTrader: Nano, Standard, Max and Zero
Axiory also supports Expert Advisors and automated trading through compatible MetaTrader and cTrader accounts.
This range gives Axiory an advantage over brokers that offer only a proprietary platform or support only one major third-party platform.
cTrader is particularly useful for traders who want depth-of-market tools, detachable charts, algorithmic trading and a more modern interface. Axiory makes the platform available without requiring a large initial deposit.
What can you trade with Axiory?
Axiory offers forex and CFDs on several asset classes, including metals, energies, indices and stocks. The Alpha account on MT5 is designed for exchange-traded stocks and ETFs rather than leveraged CFD trading.
Buying an exchange-traded share through Alpha is different from trading a stock CFD. A CFD provides leveraged exposure to price movements without ownership of the underlying share. The Alpha account is positioned for direct stock and ETF investing.
For most people researching Axiory as a forex broker, forex remains the main attraction.
Axiory deposits, withdrawals and fees
Axiory has a low deposit requirement, but small withdrawals can be relatively expensive.
The standard minimum deposit is $10. A bank wire requires at least $100. Axiory currently states that it charges no deposit fee itself, although payment providers and banks may impose their own charges.
The more important catch is withdrawals.
For several payment methods, withdrawals below $200 incur a $10 fee. ThunderX Pay withdrawals below the applicable threshold carry a $20 fee. Card and bank-wire withdrawals can take approximately 3 to 10 business days, while some electronic methods are listed as substantially faster after Axiory has processed the request.
That fee structure matters far more to somebody running a small account than it does to somebody moving several thousand dollars at a time.
For example, a $10 charge on a $100 withdrawal consumes 10% of the withdrawal before any external payment-provider or conversion charges.
That is a genuine weakness in Axiory's proposition for small-balance traders.
What do Axiory customer reviews say?
Axiory's independent customer reviews are mixed enough that I would test deposits and withdrawals before committing substantial capital.
At the time of this review, Trustpilot displayed a 2.6/5 TrustScore from 70 reviews. The review pool is small, so it is not a definitive measure of broker quality. It is still a signal worth considering.
Complaints mention account verification, customer service and withdrawals. Each complaint should be checked against Axiory's published terms.
One 2026 reviewer said that a $90.56 withdrawal resulted in only $80.56 being received. Axiory replied that the missing $10 was its published fee for withdrawals below $200. That explanation matches the fee shown on Axiory's funding page.
This does not settle every withdrawal complaint. It does show why a disclosed fee that a customer dislikes is different from an unexplained failure to return funds.
The sensible approach is to verify the legal entity shown during registration, deposit conservatively and complete a small withdrawal before increasing your balance.
Axiory pros and cons
What Axiory does well
- $10 minimum deposit on most trading accounts
- MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 and cTrader available
- Six account types for different trading styles
- Zero-spread account available on selected forex pairs
- Leverage up to 1:2000 for eligible Max accounts
- Negative balance protection on applicable CFD accounts
- Segregated client funds
- Islamic accounts available on eligible accounts
- Demo accounts available
- Financial Commission dispute-resolution membership
Where Axiory falls short
- Belize and Mauritius regulation is weaker than the regulatory framework many traders expect from FCA, ASIC or CySEC brokers
- Not available to residents of the EU/EEA, United States, Canada and various other restricted jurisdictions
- $10 fee on many withdrawals below $200
- Zero-spread trading still involves commission
- Maximum 1:2000 leverage can create substantial risk for inexperienced traders
- Independent customer reviews are mixed
Who is Axiory best for?
Axiory is best suited to an experienced, jurisdiction-eligible trader who values platform choice and trading flexibility more than top-tier regulatory protection.
I would shortlist Axiory if you specifically want:
- cTrader with a low minimum deposit
- a choice between MT4, MT5 and cTrader
- commission-based and spread-only forex accounts
- higher leverage than tightly regulated retail markets typically permit
- the ability to use hedging, Expert Advisors or automated strategies
I would not make Axiory my first choice if the deciding factor is regulatory protection rather than trading conditions.
It is also irrelevant as an option if you live in an excluded market. Axiory currently states that it does not provide services to inhabitants of the EU/EEA, United States, Canada and a number of other jurisdictions.
Is Axiory good for beginners?
Axiory is accessible to beginners, but its highest-leverage accounts are not suitable for most new traders.
The $10 minimum deposit, demo accounts and Standard account make it easy to start. A new trader should not interpret the availability of 1:1000 or 1:2000 leverage as a reason to use it.
Axiory uses an equity-based leverage system that reduces the maximum available leverage as total account equity increases.
For a beginner, the Standard account and demo environment make more sense than choosing the Max account because it displays the largest leverage figure.
Does Axiory allow scalping and automated trading?
Yes. Axiory supports Expert Advisors and automated trading on compatible MetaTrader and cTrader accounts. Its low-spread, commission-based accounts may suit some high-frequency strategies.
Scalpers should compare the total transaction cost rather than the spread alone. A quoted spread of 0.0 or 0.3 pips can still result in a meaningful cost once commission is included.
Is Axiory available in the USA or Europe?
No. Axiory states that it does not provide services to residents of the United States or EU/EEA member countries. Canada is also listed among the unavailable jurisdictions. Other restrictions apply, and Axiory notes that its country list can change. Check the current availability list before starting an application.
Should you open an Axiory account?
Axiory is worth considering as a specialist broker, not as an automatic choice for every trader.
Choose Axiory if you specifically want its combination of MT4, MT5, cTrader, a low initial deposit, multiple account structures and flexible leverage.
Do not choose it solely because the headline spread says 0.0 pips or the maximum leverage says 1:2000. Both figures need to be assessed alongside commissions, risk and the legal entity holding your account.
If strong home-market regulation and statutory investor protection are your priorities, a broker operating under a stronger jurisdiction is likely to suit you better. If you understand the regulatory trade-off, live in an eligible jurisdiction and value Axiory's platforms and account conditions, the broker has a credible proposition.
Before depositing a meaningful amount:
1. Confirm which Axiory legal entity will hold your account. 2. Check the current deposit and withdrawal fee schedule. 3. Use the demo account if you need to test the platforms. 4. Make a small real-money withdrawal before increasing your balance.
Overall, Axiory is a legitimate broker with a strong choice of trading platforms and account structures. Its Belize and Mauritius regulatory framework prevents it from being a universal recommendation.
Trading leveraged forex and CFDs involves substantial risk. This review is general information and not personal investment advice.
