What to check first
Confirm regional availability, the regulated entity, leverage limits and rollover costs. Forex and CFD losses can accumulate quickly.
Overview
Errante is a legitimate regulated forex and CFD broker, but whether it is a good choice depends heavily on which Errante legal entity holds your account. EU clients trading through Notely Trading Ltd receive stronger regulatory protection under Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission rules, while international clients may trade through the Seychelles-regulated entity with access to much higher leverage but less statutory investor protection.
Our verdict: Errante is worth considering for traders who prioritise MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader or TradingView and want flexible account options. It is less compelling for traders whose main priority is ultra-low forex costs, cheap overnight positions or maximum regulatory protection.
The broker's regulation is genuine. CySEC's official register lists Notely Trading Ltd under licence 383/20, while the Seychelles Financial Services Authority lists Errante Securities (Seychelles) Limited as a regulated capital-markets entity trading as Errante.

Errante advertises four trading account types and supports MT4, MT5, cTrader and TradingView. Its Standard account starts at $50, with advertised spreads from 1.5 pips.
Is Errante legit?
Yes. Errante is a legitimate broker operating through regulated legal entities in Cyprus and Seychelles.
The important distinction is that "Errante" is a brand rather than a single regulatory entity.
Notely Trading Ltd operates Errante's European business. CySEC's official register identifies Notely Trading Ltd as a Cyprus Investment Firm with licence number 383/20, issued on 3 February 2020.
Errante Securities (Seychelles) Ltd operates the international Errante business. The Seychelles Financial Services Authority's regulated-entities register lists the company under the trade name Errante, and Errante identifies its securities dealer licence as SD038.
That is materially different from an unlicensed offshore broker using vague wording such as "registered" or "incorporated" to imply regulatory oversight.
However, being regulated does not mean trading with Errante is risk-free, nor does it mean every customer receives the same protections.
Is Errante safe?
Errante has genuine regulatory oversight and client-protection measures, but the Cyprus entity offers stronger statutory protection than the Seychelles entity.
Eligible clients of Notely Trading Ltd can receive protection through Cyprus's Investor Compensation Fund. Errante's European documentation says eligible claims may be covered up to €20,000 per client if the investment firm cannot meet its obligations.
Errante also says it keeps client money separate from company operating funds. The Seychelles entity maintains a Financial Institutions Civil Liability Insurance policy with an aggregate indemnity limit of $1 million. The current certificate runs from 28 March 2026 to 27 March 2027.
The $1 million figure is not a guarantee that every customer can claim $1 million. It refers to a civil-liability insurance policy with its own terms, exclusions and aggregate limit. That is separate from the Cyprus Investor Compensation Fund.
The legal entity matters more than the Errante brand name
A prospective customer should check the company named in the account agreement before depositing.
Notely Trading Ltd / Errante.eu is the stronger option from a regulatory-protection perspective because it operates as a CySEC-regulated Cyprus Investment Firm and participates in the Investor Compensation Fund.
Errante Securities (Seychelles) Ltd / Errante.com offers more permissive trading conditions, including much higher advertised leverage, but does not give a client the same CySEC/ICF protection.
For a safety-first trader, I would favour the CySEC entity where it is available rather than choosing the offshore entity purely to obtain additional leverage.
Is Errante a scam?
No. The available regulatory evidence does not support describing Errante as a scam.
Errante has identifiable legal companies and active regulator records in Cyprus and Seychelles. That does not mean every customer experience is positive.
At the time of this review, Trustpilot shows a 4.3/5 TrustScore from 82 reviews. TradingView displays a 3.9 rating from 338 ratings, while Forex Peace Army shows a much lower 1.855/5 rating from 11 reviews.
The disagreement between these platforms is worth noting. Some positive reviews mention customer support and withdrawals. Some negative reviews allege problems involving withdrawals or profits. User reviews can show individual experiences, but they do not prove that a broker is either fraudulent or problem-free.
Japan's Financial Services Agency also lists Errante Securities (Seychelles) Ltd among overseas entities it says solicited over-the-counter derivatives business in Japan without Japanese registration. The entry was added for August 2025. Japanese residents should assess Errante's local status separately from its Cyprus and Seychelles licences.
What trading platforms does Errante offer?
Errante supports MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader and direct TradingView trading.
That platform selection is one of Errante's clearest advantages.
MT4 remains useful for forex traders using Expert Advisors and established algorithmic strategies. MT5 offers the newer MetaTrader environment and broader multi-asset functionality. cTrader appeals to traders who prefer its interface, charting and order-management tools.
TradingView integration is particularly useful for traders who already conduct analysis inside TradingView because eligible Errante accounts can execute trades directly through the platform rather than maintaining a separate charting workflow.
For platform flexibility alone, Errante compares well with many brokers that restrict customers to MetaTrader or a proprietary platform.
What can you trade with Errante?
Errante offers leveraged trading in forex, share CFDs, indices, metals, energies, commodities and cryptocurrencies. Its website advertises more than 50 FX pairs.
This is a trading platform rather than a traditional investment service. Traders can speculate on price movements across several markets, but investors who want to buy and hold actual shares should compare brokers that provide direct ownership.
Errante spreads and trading fees
Errante's pricing is competitive in some markets, but low cost is not its clearest advantage.
The Standard account advertises spreads from 1.5 pips with no trading commission. Higher account tiers offer tighter pricing, while the Tailor Made account advertises spreads from 0.0 pips with a commission.
FXEmpire's 2026 review found competitive pricing on some share CFDs and the Dow Jones 30. It found higher-than-benchmark spreads on the forex pairs and Bitcoin it tested. Its measured overnight swap charges were also relatively high.
Errante may therefore suit some intraday and technical traders more than traders who regularly keep leveraged positions open overnight. Compare the spread, commission and swap rate for the instruments you actually trade rather than relying on the headline spread.
Round-turn commission against comparable brokers
Published commission, round turn on one standard lot. Spreads and exchange fees are charged separately.
Errante inactivity fee
An Errante account becomes dormant after five months, or 150 days, without activity.
Errante's current terms allow a one-off $15 account maintenance fee, followed by a $5 monthly charge while the account remains inactive. No dormant fee is charged once the free balance reaches zero.
Include this cost when comparing brokers, particularly if you do not trade every month.
Errante deposits and withdrawals
Errante supports bank transfers, cards, e-wallets and several cryptocurrency funding methods. Withdrawal fees vary by method.
Errante says it generally processes withdrawal requests within one working day during business hours. The final arrival time depends on the bank or payment provider.
Published withdrawal examples include:
- Visa and Mastercard: 0% listed withdrawal fee, subject to the applicable conditions
- Skrill, Neteller and other listed e-wallets: 1%
- Bank wire: €5, $20 or £10 depending on currency
- Cryptocurrency withdrawals: network/method-specific fixed charges
Withdrawals normally return to the source used for the original deposit.
Errante's funding page also says that a withdrawal made soon after depositing without significant trading activity, or in circumstances it classifies as arbitrage, can trigger an extra fee. The stated charge is 5% within 72 hours or 3% after 72 hours.
Those conditions make reading the withdrawal policy more important than simply checking whether a broker advertises "fast withdrawals".
What account types does Errante offer?
Errante offers four main account categories:
- Standard, aimed at lower-deposit traders and available from $50.
- Premium, positioned as an upgraded account with enhanced support and educational features.
- VIP, offering tighter spreads and additional benefits.
- Tailor Made, intended for traders requiring individually negotiated conditions and spreads advertised from 0.0 pips.
Errante says swap-free accounts can be requested across its account types.
The VIP account also advertises free VPS access. The ongoing VPS benefit requires at least 10 FX lots of monthly trading volume and $5,000 in net deposits.
Do not choose an account based only on its marketing tier. Compare the effective spread, commission, swap rate and withdrawal cost for your trading style.
How much leverage does Errante offer?
Errante advertises leverage of up to 1:1000 through its international offering, while European retail leverage is much lower.
The international account comparison shows leverage of up to 1:1000, although lower leverage may apply under Errante's dynamic leverage system.
European retail trading is subject to the CFD rules that apply to Notely Trading Ltd. Errante's EU documentation describes retail leverage limits and a default maximum of 30:1 in relevant circumstances.
Higher leverage reduces the capital needed to control a position. It also increases the speed at which a small market move can produce a large loss.
What are the main advantages of Errante?
Errante's strongest point is the combination of platform choice and a low entry deposit.
The main advantages are:
- MT4, MT5, cTrader and TradingView support
- $50 Standard account minimum deposit
- CySEC-regulated European entity
- Seychelles-regulated international entity
- TradingView execution
- Expert Advisor and algorithmic trading support
- Swap-free accounts available on request
- Multiple deposit and withdrawal methods
- Segregation of client funds
- Civil-liability insurance maintained by the Seychelles entity
For technical traders who already use cTrader or TradingView, these platform options may matter more than a small difference in headline spreads.
What are the disadvantages of Errante?
Errante's weaknesses become clearer when you compare total trading costs and legal-entity protection.
The main drawbacks are:
- Forex spreads are not consistently among the cheapest according to independent testing
- Overnight swap costs can be relatively expensive
- Some withdrawal methods charge fees
- Dormant accounts can incur ongoing charges
- Offshore clients receive less statutory investor protection than CySEC clients
- Very high leverage substantially increases trading risk
- Direct investment in real shares is not the core proposition
- Customer-review sentiment varies sharply between platforms
- Errante Securities has received an unauthorised-solicitation warning from Japan's FSA for the Japanese market
These points do not mean traders should automatically avoid Errante. They do mean that headline leverage and promotional offers should not decide the account choice.
Who is Errante best for?
Errante suits active forex and CFD traders who value platform choice more than the lowest possible trading costs.
It may suit traders who:
I would look elsewhere first if your priority is long-term investing, low overnight costs, the strongest available regulatory jurisdiction or consistently minimal forex spreads.
EU traders should compare the offer available through Notely Trading Ltd with the international Seychelles offer. They are not interchangeable from a protection or leverage perspective.
Is Errante good for beginners?
Errante is accessible to beginners, but CFDs are not beginner-friendly financial products.
The $50 Standard account threshold, demo account and familiar trading platforms reduce the practical barrier to entry. Errante also publishes trading education and webinars.
Leverage remains the bigger concern. A simple interface does not make leveraged forex or CFD trading low risk.
A new trader should use the demo environment first and understand margin, stop-outs, spreads, swaps and position sizing before funding a live account.
Can you withdraw money from Errante?
Yes. Errante provides withdrawal procedures for bank transfers, cards, e-wallets and cryptocurrencies, although the available methods and charges depend on the country and account.
Errante says it handles withdrawal requests within one working day, but banks and payment providers control the final arrival time.
Complete KYC before relying on fast withdrawals. Confirm that your preferred withdrawal method is available in your country, and consider making a small withdrawal before committing more capital.
Final verdict: should you use Errante?
Errante is a legitimate broker and a credible option for traders who want MT4, MT5, cTrader or TradingView. It is not the strongest choice for every trading style.
The platform range and $50 Standard account deposit are clear advantages. The main qualification is the legal entity holding your account.
A CySEC-regulated account through Notely Trading Ltd offers stronger statutory protection than the Seychelles entity. The Seychelles structure offers more leverage and flexibility, but that extra leverage also increases risk.
Errante also loses points on trading costs. Independent testing suggests that its forex spreads and overnight swaps can be expensive compared with some alternatives. Some withdrawal methods also carry explicit charges.
Choose Errante if its platforms and trading conditions fit your strategy. Before depositing significant funds, confirm the regulatory entity and calculate your expected spread, swap and withdrawal costs.
For an EU trader, I would favour the CySEC-regulated entity where available. For an international trader considering the Seychelles entity mainly for 1:1000 leverage, I would treat the leverage as extra risk, not extra value.
Information checked September 2026. Broker terms, fees, leverage, regulation and payment methods can change. CFDs are leveraged products and can result in substantial losses.
