Overview

OneRoyal is a legitimate multi-entity forex and CFD broker, but whether it is a good choice depends heavily on which OneRoyal legal entity holds your account. The group includes a CySEC-regulated Cyprus investment firm, an ASIC-regulated Australian company serving wholesale clients, a VFSC-regulated Vanuatu company and Royal ETP LLC, which operates the international OneRoyal.com website from Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

Our verdict is cautious rather than outright negative. OneRoyal offers MT4 and MT5, low entry requirements, raw-spread accounts and a broad CFD range. However, the regulatory protection is not identical across jurisdictions, and there are two material concerns prospective clients should understand before depositing.

First, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines company registration should not be confused with a forex brokerage licence. The Financial Services Authority of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines explicitly states that forex trading and brokerage activities are not licensed in that jurisdiction. Second, Trustpilot currently displays a warning on OneRoyal's profile, says its rating is unavailable because of a guidelines breach and states that it has removed a number of fake reviews. Recent reviews also contain repeated allegations involving withdrawals, profit cancellations and execution, although individual customer reviews are allegations rather than independently established facts.

Bottom line: OneRoyal has genuine regulated entities and should not simply be labelled a scam. However, we would not judge it on the group's strongest licence alone. Confirm the exact company named in your client agreement, because an account with Royal Financial Trading (Cy) Ltd does not carry the same protections as an account opened through an offshore entity.

Is OneRoyal legit?

Yes. OneRoyal is a real brokerage group with verifiable regulated companies. That does not mean every OneRoyal customer receives the same regulatory protection.

Royal Financial Trading (Cy) Ltd appears on the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission register under licence number 312/16. Royal CM Limited appears on the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission's active Financial Dealers Licensee List under licence number 700284.

Royal Financial Trading Pty Ltd states that it holds Australian Financial Services Licence 420268. OneRoyal's current documentation says this company provides financial services to wholesale clients rather than Australian retail clients. The key distinction concerns Royal ETP LLC.

OneRoyal.com states that its global website is operated by Royal ETP LLC, registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines under company number 149LLC2019.

The Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority states that forex trading and brokerage activities are not licensed in the country. A registered company may conduct forex-related business, but registration does not give it a local forex brokerage licence.

A Saint Vincent company registration is therefore not equivalent to authorisation from CySEC, ASIC or another financial regulator.

The safest way to assess OneRoyal is to identify the contractual counterparty first and then check that company's licence. A regulator's logo elsewhere in the group does not automatically protect every customer using the OneRoyal brand.

Is OneRoyal safe?

OneRoyal has legitimate safety signals, but protection varies by entity.

The strongest setup for a retail customer is the CySEC-regulated Royal Financial Trading (Cy) Ltd. OneRoyal's European documentation says the company is a member of the Cyprus Investor Compensation Fund for eligible retail clients. OneRoyal.eu also states that 72.39% of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs with the provider.

OneRoyal says client money is segregated from company funds and held in separate bank accounts.

OneRoyal has also been an approved member of the Financial Commission since 12 March 2025. The Financial Commission provides external dispute resolution and says its Compensation Fund can provide up to €20,000 per submitted complaint, subject to its rules and eligibility. It is an independent dispute-resolution body, not a government regulator.

These points support the group's credibility.

The limitation is simple: a customer opening an international account should not assume they receive the statutory protections available through the CySEC entity.

OneRoyal reviews and withdrawal complaints

Recent customer feedback is the biggest reason we would perform additional due diligence before funding a OneRoyal account.

At the time of this OneRoyal review, Trustpilot displays a warning saying OneRoyal's rating is unavailable because of a breach of its guidelines. Trustpilot also states that it has removed a number of fake reviews for the company. The profile had 545 reviews when checked, with 29% rated one star and 52% rated five stars.

That distribution should be interpreted carefully. Trustpilot reviews are user-generated claims, not regulatory findings, and the removal of fake reviews also means the raw rating distribution should not be treated as clean empirical evidence.

More useful is the recurrence of specific complaint themes.

Recent reviewers have alleged:

  • delayed or unsuccessful withdrawals;
  • cancellation or removal of trading profits;
  • disputes over alleged "trade abuse" or bonus-related activity;
  • slippage and execution problems;
  • slow or generic responses when disputes were raised.

OneRoyal has replied publicly to a number of negative reviews and generally asks the customer to contact support so the case can be investigated.

None of those individual reviews proves that OneRoyal systematically withholds legitimate withdrawals. They are still meaningful as a risk signal, particularly when multiple recent users independently describe similar disputes.

For a broker review, that distinction matters. Calling OneRoyal a scam based solely on unverified reviews would go beyond the evidence. Ignoring the complaint pattern because the group holds regulatory licences would be equally poor analysis.

What are OneRoyal's account types and trading fees?

OneRoyal's current global offering is competitively structured, particularly for ECN traders, although actual trading costs depend on market conditions, instrument and jurisdiction.

The global OneRoyal site currently lists three main account types:

Classic

Minimum deposit
$5*
Advertised spread
From 1.4 pips
Commission
$0

ECN

Minimum deposit
$5*
Advertised spread
From 0.0 pips
Commission
$3.50 per side per lot

Prime

Minimum deposit
$5,000
Advertised spread
From 0.0 pips
Commission

Forex commission per side by account

Prime halves the ECN commission but asks for $5,000 to open.

Classic
$0
Prime
$1.75
ECN
$3.50
420

\*The minimum can vary according to payment provider and country of residence.

The ECN account therefore carries a $7 round-turn commission per standard lot, while Prime works out at $3.50 round turn per standard lot, before considering the spread and any overnight financing costs.

For someone trading frequently, the all-in cost matters more than a headline claim of "0.0 pip spreads". A zero minimum spread does not mean every trade executes at zero spread.

OneRoyal also states that it does not charge additional deposit or withdrawal fees, although payment providers or banking arrangements may still create external costs.

What can you trade with OneRoyal?

OneRoyal offers CFDs rather than a traditional long-term investment platform.

The broker advertises more than 2,000 instruments across:

  • forex;
  • shares;
  • stock indices;
  • gold and other metals;
  • oil and other commodities;
  • cryptocurrency CFDs;
  • ETF CFDs.

Buying a share or ETF CFD does not give you ownership of the underlying asset.

For forex traders, OneRoyal advertises more than 180 currency pairs.

Does OneRoyal offer MT4 and MT5?

Yes. OneRoyal supports MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5.

MetaTrader 4 remains useful for traders who rely on Expert Advisors, familiar forex charting and established MT4 workflows. MetaTrader 5 offers broader multi-asset functionality and more charting and analysis tools.

For traders who already run MT4 or MT5 algorithms, platform compatibility is one of OneRoyal's clearer advantages. They can keep a familiar technology setup instead of moving to a proprietary broker platform.

How much leverage does OneRoyal offer?

OneRoyal advertises leverage of up to 1:1000 on its international accounts, but the amount available depends on the regulatory entity and customer classification.

The current global account page lists dynamic leverage of up to 1:1000.

EU retail clients trading through Royal Financial Trading (Cy) Ltd are subject to much lower leverage limits, with the European OneRoyal site stating maximum leverage of 1:30 for retail clients.

The difference is not a minor account feature. It reflects fundamentally different regulatory environments.

A $1,000 account leveraged at 1:1000 can theoretically control $1 million of nominal exposure. That makes even a 0.1% adverse move equivalent to the entire original $1,000 account balance before considering margin rules, spread, execution and other factors.

High maximum leverage should therefore be treated as increased flexibility for experienced traders, not as a reason by itself to choose a broker.

OneRoyal pros and cons

Advantages

  • Verifiable CySEC regulation: Royal Financial Trading (Cy) Ltd holds CySEC licence 312/16.
  • Active VFSC licence: Royal CM Limited appears on the VFSC financial dealer register.
  • MT4 and MT5: both major MetaTrader platforms are supported.
  • Low global entry requirement: Classic and ECN accounts are advertised from $5.
  • Raw-spread option: the ECN account starts from 0.0 pips with a published commission.
  • Large CFD range: OneRoyal advertises 2,000+ instruments.
  • External dispute-resolution membership: OneRoyal is an active Financial Commission member.
  • No broker deposit or withdrawal fee advertised: useful for traders who move funds regularly.

Disadvantages

  • Protection varies substantially by entity: the strongest licence in the group may not regulate your individual account.
  • SVG registration is not a forex brokerage licence: the local FSA explicitly states that it does not license forex brokers.
  • Trustpilot warning: OneRoyal's rating is currently unavailable because of a guidelines breach, and Trustpilot says fake reviews have been removed.
  • Recent complaint pattern: several 2026 reviews allege withdrawal, profit-cancellation or execution disputes.
  • Very high offshore leverage: up to 1:1000 can rapidly magnify losses.
  • Not available to US clients: OneRoyal's help centre lists the United States among prohibited jurisdictions.
  • Australian licence is not currently a retail route: OneRoyal's documentation says the ASIC-regulated company is authorised to serve wholesale clients only.

Who is OneRoyal best suited to?

OneRoyal is better suited to experienced forex and CFD traders who want MetaTrader, ECN pricing and international account conditions. It is less suitable for beginners choosing their first broker.

OneRoyal may be worth investigating if you:

  • already understand CFD and leveraged forex risk;
  • need MT4 or MT5;
  • prefer raw-spread ECN pricing;
  • know which OneRoyal entity will hold your account;
  • have read that entity's withdrawal, execution and dispute terms;
  • are comfortable with the regulatory protection available in your jurisdiction.

We would be more cautious if your main requirement is the strongest retail regulatory framework, if you are uncomfortable with offshore entities or if bonuses and 1:1000 leverage are the main reasons for considering the broker.

For an EU retail trader, the CySEC-regulated entity changes the assessment because it provides a clearer framework than the international Royal ETP LLC setup.

What should you check before depositing with OneRoyal?

Do not assess the brand name alone. Check the company entering into the contract with you. Before depositing a meaningful amount, we would take these steps: 1. Read the client agreement and record the legal entity. Look for Royal Financial Trading (Cy) Ltd, Royal CM Limited, Royal Financial Trading Pty Ltd or Royal ETP LLC.

2. Verify the licence independently. CySEC licence 312/16 and VFSC licence 700284 are publicly checkable. Do not treat SVG company registration 149LLC2019 as an FSA forex licence. 3. Read the withdrawal and trading-abuse clauses. This matters if you plan to trade around bonuses, use hedging strategies, scalp news events or operate multiple accounts.

  • Read the withdrawal and trading-abuse clauses. This is particularly important if you plan to trade around bonuses, use hedging strategies, scalp news events or operate multiple accounts.
  • Start with an amount you can afford to risk and test the operational process. Completing a small withdrawal before substantially increasing your account balance gives you more useful information than reading another 50 anonymous reviews.
  • Keep copies of the terms you accepted. Broker terms, promotions and account conditions can change. Save the version applicable when the account was opened.

4. Start with an amount you can afford to lose and test the process. A small withdrawal gives you more useful information about the operational process than another 50 anonymous reviews. 5. Keep the terms you accepted. Broker terms, promotions and account conditions can change. Save the version that applied when you opened the account. The aim is not to prove that OneRoyal is good or bad before you start. It is to reduce avoidable uncertainty around the entity, account rules and withdrawal process.

Is OneRoyal a scam?

There is not enough reliable evidence to describe OneRoyal as a scam.

OneRoyal has verifiable regulated companies, including Royal Financial Trading (Cy) Ltd under CySEC and Royal CM Limited under the VFSC.

However, traders should distinguish these regulated entities from Royal ETP LLC's registration in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. The SVG Financial Services Authority says forex brokerage activity is not licensed by the authority.

The current Trustpilot warning and repeated customer complaints are also legitimate reasons for additional caution, even though they do not establish fraud.

Does OneRoyal allow withdrawals?

Yes. OneRoyal provides withdrawal facilities and advertises no OneRoyal withdrawal fee.

Recent customer reviews include allegations of delayed withdrawals and disputes over profits. Those reviews do not prove that every customer will face withdrawal problems. They do make withdrawal procedures an important part of due diligence.

What is the OneRoyal minimum deposit?

The global OneRoyal website lists a $5 minimum deposit for Classic and ECN accounts and $5,000 for Prime.

The broker says the minimum can vary by payment provider and country of residence. The amount shown during your registration process takes precedence over a general global figure.

Is OneRoyal available in the United States?

No. OneRoyal lists the United States among the jurisdictions it does not accept.

Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa and US Outlying Islands are also listed as restricted. EU residents are directed from the international site to the separately regulated OneRoyal.eu operation.

Final verdict: should you use OneRoyal?

OneRoyal is a legitimate broker group, but we would not choose it solely because it advertises several licences, zero-pip spreads or leverage of up to 1:1000.

The strengths are clear. OneRoyal offers MT4 and MT5, ECN pricing, a large CFD catalogue and genuine regulated companies.

The main weakness is the difference between those entities. The protection attached to the OneRoyal name depends on the company that opens your account.

For EU retail clients dealing with Royal Financial Trading (Cy) Ltd under CySEC licence 312/16, the regulatory position is stronger.

For international customers, especially those dealing with Royal ETP LLC, we would apply more caution. Saint Vincent company registration is not a local forex brokerage licence. The Trustpilot warning and the recent complaints about withdrawals and cancelled profits add another reason to check the terms before depositing significant funds.

Our decision: OneRoyal is credible enough to investigate, but the current evidence does not support an unconditional recommendation. Verify the legal entity, understand the account rules and test the funding and withdrawal process before committing serious capital.
