Who should consider it
Currency traders comparing spread-based and commission-based accounts with a specific platform or automation workflow in mind.
What to check first
Confirm regional availability, the regulated entity, leverage limits and rollover costs. Forex and CFD losses can accumulate quickly.
Overview
Fxview is a legitimate, multi-regulated forex and CFD broker with unusually competitive headline trading costs, a $50 minimum deposit on its global Raw ECN account and support for active trading strategies. The catch is that Fxview operates through several legal entities, and the regulatory protection attached to your account depends on which company actually contracts with you.
Our verdict: Fxview is worth considering for cost-conscious active traders, scalpers and algorithmic traders, but do not deposit solely because you see “regulated” on the website. Confirm the exact Fxview legal entity named in your client agreement first.
This distinction matters because Fxview Europe’s Charlgate Ltd is regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission and belongs to the Investor Compensation Fund, while other Fxview entities operate under different regulatory regimes. CySEC’s own register independently confirms Charlgate Ltd under licence 367/18.

Fxview is a financial brand owned by Finvasia Group, which was established in 2009. Its global offering includes forex, stock, index, commodity and cryptocurrency CFDs.
Is Fxview legit and regulated?
Yes. Fxview is a real regulated brokerage brand, but “Fxview is regulated” is an incomplete answer because different Fxview companies operate under different regulators.
The strongest independently verifiable example is Charlgate Ltd, Fxview Europe’s Cyprus entity. CySEC’s public register lists Charlgate Ltd with licence number 367/18, granted on 30 July 2018, and identifies info@fxview.com as its email address.
Fxview's own group-regulation page also identifies:
| Fxview entity | Regulator or authority | Licence / registration |
|---|---|---|
| Charlgate Ltd / Fxview Europe | Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission | 367/18 |
| Finvasia Capital South Africa (Pty) Ltd | Financial Sector Conduct Authority, South Africa | 50410 |
| Finvasia Capital Ltd / Fxview Mauritius | Financial Services Commission, Mauritius | IK21000018 |
| FC Global Ltd | Union of Comoros, Anjouan | L16076/FCG |
| Finvasia Capital Introduction To Financial Services | UAE Capital Market Authority | 20200000253, Category 5 |
The UAE company is particularly important to understand. Fxview states that its Category 5 permission enables introduction services only, rather than presenting that company as the CFD trading counterparty.
This means a trader should not evaluate Fxview simply by counting licences. The practical question is:
Which legal entity will hold and administer my trading account?
That company determines the applicable regulator, legal protections, leverage limits, complaints process and potential compensation arrangements.
How safe is the CySEC-regulated Fxview entity?
Charlgate Ltd is a member of Cyprus's Investor Compensation Fund, according to Fxview and its regulatory information. Fxview also states that retail client money is held separately from company funds and that negative balance protection is provided.
Those details make the CySEC entity easier to assess than treating all Fxview accounts as identical.
They do not make CFD trading safe. Fxview's CySEC client interface states that 61.49% of retail client accounts lose money when trading CFDs.
Fxview fees and spreads: how cheap is it really?
Fxview's Raw ECN pricing is competitive, particularly for traders who place frequent forex trades.
The global Raw ECN account currently advertises:
- spreads from 0.0 pips
- commission of $2 per $100,000 per side
- minimum deposit of $50
- minimum trade size of 0.01 lots
- ECN execution
- scalping, hedging and Expert Advisors permitted.
The phrase “from 0.0 pips” matters. It is a minimum advertised spread, not evidence that EUR/USD or another instrument will remain at zero spread throughout the trading day.
What does Fxview's commission mean in real money?
For a standard forex lot representing $100,000 of traded volume, the Raw ECN commission is:
$2 opening + $2 closing = $4 round trip per $100,000, before adding the spread.
That gives a useful comparison with Fxview's Zero Commission account.

\*Illustrative calculation using a $10 pip value for a one-standard-lot EUR/USD position and the broker's published minimum spreads. Real spreads are variable, so these figures are theoretical floors rather than average realised trading costs. Fxview's published global account terms support the underlying spread and commission figures.
This produces an interesting result: among the accounts available from a $50 entry point, the Raw ECN account can be cheaper than the Zero Commission account on Fxview's own minimum published pricing.
“Zero commission” therefore does not automatically mean “lowest trading cost”.
Which Fxview account is best?
Raw ECN
The Raw ECN account is the strongest default choice for most active Fxview traders.
It requires only $50 globally, advertises spreads from 0.0 pips and charges $2 per $100,000 per side. Fxview also allows scalping, hedging and Expert Advisors on the account.
For cost-sensitive day traders and automated strategies, this pricing structure makes more sense than choosing the Zero Commission account simply to avoid an explicit commission.
Zero Commission
Fxview's global site advertises a Zero Commission account with a $50 minimum deposit, no trading commission and spreads from 0.6 pips.
It provides simpler-looking pricing, but traders should compare the spread cost rather than assuming a commission-free structure is cheaper.
Islamic account
Fxview also offers a swap-free Islamic account. Its dedicated page currently lists spreads from 0.6 pips, MT5 support, negative balance protection, EA compatibility and permission for scalping and hedging.
Traders specifically seeking Sharia-compliant conditions should still read the complete account terms to establish whether any alternative administrative charges or holding-period conditions apply.
Does Fxview really offer 1:1000 leverage?
Yes, Fxview offers leverage of up to 1:1000 on parts of its global offering. The ratio does not apply to every instrument, account or position size.
Fxview uses a dynamic leverage model. For global forex majors, its published table starts at 1:1000 for the first five lots and then reduces the ratio as exposure increases. Forex minors and exotics have lower maximums. Fxview currently lists stocks and cryptocurrencies at 1:10.
This matters because "up to 1:1000" describes the top of the schedule, not the ratio available in every trade.
High leverage can increase losses as quickly as it increases gains. Traders considering Fxview because of the 1:1000 headline should treat it as a risk factor, not as a reason by itself to choose the broker.
Leverage rules also vary by jurisdiction. Traders using the European entity should not assume that the global schedule applies to their account.
Fxview trading platforms
Fxview's download centre currently provides MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 and ActTrader across desktop, web and mobile versions.
The global account pages place more emphasis on MT5 and ActTrader, so check platform availability against the specific account and legal entity before depositing.
Fxview also lists tools for automated and active traders, including:
- Expert Advisors
- MQL5
- API trading
- ZuluTrade
- VPS hosting
- trading calculators
- indicator packages.
This setup is better suited to algorithmic and frequent manual traders than to someone seeking a basic long-term investment app.
What markets can you trade with Fxview?
The Raw ECN account provides access to five main CFD categories:
- forex
- stocks
- cryptocurrencies
- indices
- commodities.
Fxview promotes more than 500 instruments across its wider offering.
These are mainly leveraged trading products. Anyone looking to buy and hold actual shares, ETFs or cryptocurrencies should distinguish CFD exposure from ownership of the underlying asset.
Fxview deposits and withdrawals
Fxview lists several funding methods, although the conditions vary by country and account.
Its global funding page includes:
Fxview shows "No Fees" for the main withdrawal methods and usually states a processing time of one working day. It also lists several conditions:
- payment providers may charge their own fees
- a processing fee may sometimes apply
- available payment methods vary by country
- deposits generally have to be withdrawn using the same funding method
- profits cannot be withdrawn to a payment card
- third-party payments are not accepted.
The practical conclusion is that Fxview does not normally list a headline broker fee for deposits or withdrawals. That does not guarantee that every transaction will be free.
What do Fxview customer reviews say?
The public review picture is positive on Trustpilot but more mixed on other platforms.
As of September 2026, Fxview's Trustpilot profile shows 4.3 out of 5 from 220 reviews. Trustpilot reports that 75% of reviews are five-star and 14% are one-star. It also says that Fxview invites customers to leave reviews. Recent positive reviews often mention customer support and withdrawals.
Forex Peace Army shows a lower score of 2.561 out of 5 from 13 reviews. That sample is much smaller. Forex Peace Army has also published a moderation note saying that it removed the star rating from one positive Fxview review because it believed there was a strong possibility that the reviewer was connected to the broker as a contractor.
Neither score proves that Fxview is safe or unsafe.
Review platforms can provide signals about complaints and service quality, but they do not replace regulatory checks. The legal entity, client agreement, withdrawal terms and regulatory protections deserve more weight than an overall star rating.
Fxview pros and cons
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| Raw ECN spreads advertised from 0.0 pips | “From 0.0 pips” is a minimum, not an average spread |
| $50 global Raw ECN minimum deposit | Legal entity and protection vary by jurisdiction |
| $4 theoretical round-trip Raw ECN commission per $100k | Offshore entities should not be treated as equivalent to the CySEC entity |
| Premium pricing falls to $2 round trip per $100k | 1:1000 marketing headline does not apply uniformly |
| Scalping, hedging and EAs permitted | Customer-review scores vary significantly by platform |
| MT4, MT5 and ActTrader availability | Platform availability can differ between accounts/entities |
| Negative balance protection stated | CFD products remain high-risk |
| Broad funding options | Third-party or processing charges can still apply |
Who is Fxview best for?
Fxview is most suitable for active traders who care about published trading costs, platform choice and automation support.
It may suit you if you:
- scalp or day trade forex
- use Expert Advisors or algorithmic systems
- prefer raw-spread ECN pricing
- want MT5 or ActTrader
- trade frequently enough for commission differences to matter
- understand leverage and margin risk
- are willing to verify the legal entity before depositing.
Fxview is less suitable for complete beginners attracted mainly by 1:1000 leverage, investors seeking direct ownership of shares and ETFs, or anyone unwilling to read the account agreement before transferring funds.
Fxview's global entity lists several restricted countries, including the United States and United Kingdom. Check availability before registering. European clients are handled through the European regulatory structure.
What should you check before opening an Fxview account?
Before depositing meaningful capital, confirm five details: 1. The contracting company: Ask Fxview which legal entity will appear on your client agreement. 2. The regulator: Check that company in the relevant regulator's public register where possible. 3. Your leverage schedule: Confirm whether the advertised maximum applies to your instrument, account size and jurisdiction. 4. Your total trading cost: Compare the live spread, commission and swaps rather than relying on the minimum spread. 5. Your withdrawal route: Confirm payment methods, limits, processing times and provider charges before funding.
- The contracting company. Ask Fxview which legal entity will appear on your client agreement.
- The regulator. Check that entity directly in the relevant regulator's public register where possible.
- Your actual leverage schedule. Do not assume the advertised 1:1000 maximum applies to your instrument, account size or jurisdiction.
- Your total trading cost. Compare live spread plus commission plus swaps, not the minimum advertised spread alone.
- Your withdrawal route. Confirm the available payment method, limits, processing times and any provider charges before funding.
For a broker with multiple legal entities, identifying the contracting company is the first check to make.
Is Fxview a good broker?
Fxview is a credible broker worth considering, particularly for active traders attracted by Raw ECN pricing, algorithmic trading support and a low global minimum deposit.
The strongest part of the offering is the trading-cost structure. A $50 Raw ECN account with a $2 per $100,000 per-side commission is genuinely competitive on published terms, and Fxview provides the platform and automation infrastructure that active traders typically care about.
The biggest limitation is not the trading platform or spread. It is jurisdictional complexity.
An Fxview account under CySEC-regulated Charlgate Ltd is not the same legal proposition as an account serviced through another Fxview entity. Anyone publishing or reading an Fxview review that collapses every entity into a single “regulated broker” label is missing the most important part of the decision.
Final verdict: Fxview belongs on the shortlist for experienced, cost-sensitive forex and CFD traders. Open a demo account if the trading conditions appeal to you, but confirm the legal entity, regulatory protection and withdrawal route in writing before making a significant deposit.
Is Fxview regulated?
Yes. Charlgate Ltd, the Fxview Europe entity, is listed by CySEC under licence 367/18. Fxview also lists regulated entities in South Africa and Mauritius, as well as other group entities and registrations.
What is the minimum deposit at Fxview?
The global Raw ECN account currently requires a $50 minimum deposit. Premium ECN requires $5,000. Conditions may vary according to the client's jurisdiction and legal entity.
Does Fxview offer MT4 and MT5?
Yes. Fxview's download centre provides MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5, as well as ActTrader. Check platform compatibility against your account before depositing.
Does Fxview charge withdrawal fees?
Fxview currently lists no broker fee for its main global withdrawal methods. It also states that payment providers may charge fees and that a processing fee may sometimes apply.
Risk warning: CFDs are leveraged products and can result in rapid losses. Fxview's CySEC client interface states that 61.49% of retail client accounts lose money when trading CFDs.
