Rize Trade identifies instruments with ticker symbols, not ISIN codes. Enter the ticker in Symbol or Underlying symbol when you add or import trades.
What to enter for the symbol
- On manual entry, stock, future, forex, crypto and CFD trades use the Symbol field.
- Option and future option trades use Underlying symbol.
- In a Custom CSV import, put the ticker in the Symbol column, for example
MES.
Where to enter the ticker
When you manually enter a trade, fill Symbol or Underlying symbol before you save.
When you import with Custom CSV, the required Symbol column expects a ticker or instrument name.
