Which is the most useful pivot point?

The main central pivot point (PP) is the most useful, acting as the daily balance line between buyers and sellers. The main pivot point is the most important price level for the day.

Essentially, it represents the balance between bullish and bearish forces.

When prices are above the pivot point, the stock market is considered bullish.
If prices fall below the pivot point, the market is considered bearish.

Floor-traders use the central Pivot Point as the main level of the day and most market orders are usually placed between the Pivot Point (PP) and the first levels of support (S1) and resistance (R1), making these the highest-volume reaction zones in any session.
