You should write your trade thesis, the setup that triggered your entry, what you expected the market to do and why, how you felt during the trade, and whether you followed your plan. The numbers get logged through quick data entry, but the written reasoning is what makes reviews valuable months later. Write as if you are explaining the trade to a skeptical version of yourself who will read it in 90 days.
