How to import MetaTrader 4 trades into a trading journal?

You import MetaTrader 4 trades into a trading journal by exporting an HTML account history report from MT4 and uploading it. Go to your MetaTrader Terminal window and select "Account History" tab, right-click in the account history and select the time period you want to export, then right-click again and select "Save as Report" and save the report as an .html file and import it into a trading journal that supports Forex like RizeTrade.
